- Jing Xiong "Brad" Luo is an attorney with Gregg & Valby, PC, a law firm based in Houston, Texas. Brad has practiced law in Beijing, China, Dallas, and Houston since 2009. Before moving back to Houston, Brad practiced law in Beijing, China, with an international law firm, focusing on protecting and enforcing international clients' intellectual property rights in China. Brad has a BA in English from Wuhan University in China, a Master's degree from the University of Houston, and a JD from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Brad is a published author, avid reader, and blogger. Born and raised in Shaanxi Province, China, Brad now practices law and lives in Houston, Texas, with his wife and two daughters.
